Villa Arda

Our rental villa located in Kalkan town center has 5 bedrooms and a capacity of 10 people. Our villa with private pool has partial sea view. Our villa has a double bed in 3 bedrooms and 2 single beds in 2 bedrooms. We have a living room with an open kitchen on the ground floor of our villa. There is an exit to the pool from the living room and the open kitchen has basic kitchen tools and utensils that you will need during your holiday. While three of our bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, the bathrooms of our 2 bedrooms with single beds are shared in the hallway.

Our villa has a location where there are 2 villas side by side in 3 rows from top to bottom. Villa Arda Block C is on the left side of the third row relative to the sea. The villa in front of our villa covers 30 percent of the sea view from the pool section. However, when you move to the left side of the pool, you can see the sea view. The sea view can be seen clearly from the bedrooms.

We also have villas in the blocks below our villa. In the area where we have a total of 3 villas, the accommodation capacity of 30 people can be reached. Thus, the opportunity to have a holiday as crowded families and groups of friends is offered.

Check-in time to our villa is 16.00 and check-out time is 10.00. The villa is cleaned before the guest's arrival and daily pool maintenance is carried out by our teams. Daily cleaning service is not provided during the stay. Towels, sheets, piques, pillowcases, etc., other than those offered at the first entrance during the stay. is not provided. If requested, cleaning can be done for an extra fee, as well as towels, sheets, pique, pillowcases, etc. is given.
